Appetizers

Imported and Domestic Cheese Board- A selection of imported and domestic cheeses served with assorted crackers, toasted nuts, sliced baguette and fresh fruit

Fresh Oysters- Fresh oysters on a bed of crushed ice with cocktail sauce or a shallot, garlic and red wine vinegar sauce

Seared Ahi on Wonton- Seared Ahi, on crispy wonton with soy glaze and wasabi mayo

Bacon wrapped dates with gorgonzola cheese

Dates stuffed with gorgonzola cheese, then wrapped in bacon

Entrees

Tenderloin Medallions with Béarnaise Sauce- Beef tenderloin medallions, grilled and served with bearnaise sauce

Lobster Tails - 7-8 oz cold water lobster tails

New Potatoes- New potatoes, finished on the grill and tossed with brown butter and fresh rosemary

Arugula Salad-Fresh arugula greens tossed with shaved Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Desserts

Creme Brulee- Creme brulee served with fresh berries

Chocolate Mousse- Dark chocolate mousse served in Asian soup spoons

Lemon Meringue Tart- Bite size, tangy lemon custard topped with meringue

Carrot Cake Cupcakes- Carrot cake cupcakes topped with cream cheese frosting

Chocolate Cupcakes- Chocolate cupcakes topped with dark chocolate frosting

 

Dinner Party

Appetizers

Mushroom Volovant- Puff pastry filled with sauteed mushrooms, garlic and a little cream sherry

Arugula Salad - Fresh arugula greens tossed with shaved Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Entree Course

Seafood pasta- Pappardelle pasta tossed in brown butter served with a lemon cream sauce, shrimp, scallops, mussels and garnished with fresh Italian parsley and cherry tomatoes

Lamb Shank -Braised lamb shank, cooked with Morrican spices and tomatoes. Served with creamy polenta

Dessert

Fresh Fruit Tart- Assorted seasonal fresh fruit with pastry cream in house-made pastry shell

Graduation BBQ

Artisan Chips- House made sweet potato, beet and potato chips tossed with kosher salt

Fresh arugula salad -Fresh arugula tossed with shaved Parmesan, squeezed lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt and cracked pepper

New Potato Salad -Savory American red potato salad mixed with grainy mustard, mayonnaise, fresh herbs, celery and red onion

Ranch Beans - Baked beans with applewood bacon and molasses

Brisket Sliders - BBQ brisket on slider buns with Sink Hickory BBQ sauce

Barbeque Chicken- Grilled chicken with Sink Hickory BBQ sauce

Smoked Pork Ribs- House smoked pork ribs served with Sink Hickory BBQ sauce

Brownies- Chocolate brownies with or without nuts

Challah Bread - Traditional braided bread, served with whipped butter

Fruit Salad-  Seasonal fruit salad. May include, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, kiwi, orange and seasonal berries

Chips and Salsa - House made tri colored tortilla chips with house made salsa. 6 ounces of chips with 6 fl ounces of salsa

Crudité Platter - Market Fresh Crudités carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, broccoli and cauliflower florets, julienne summer squash, zucchini, asparagus and red bell pepper, house made bleu cheese dressing or ranch dressing

Bagels and Lox -Fresh bagels with lox, whipped cream cheese, red onion, lettuce, tomato and capers

Mediterranean Penne - Mediterranean Penne Pasta tomatoes, fresh herbs, artichoke hearts, purple onions, olives and feta cheese
