Hello Chris and Kirstin-

Wow, what a great event last night!  The law school is buzzing with pride and delight about how well everything went.  By all accounts, the program was very interesting and beneficial.  In addition to the budding student entrepreneur competitors, a real star of the evening was The Sink.

 The food was delicious and satisfying.  And the whole atmosphere and flow created by The Sink made for a highly enjoyable and successful event.  Our guests and staff were highly impressed with the food and everything you did.  All of your staff worked incredibly hard and their efforts were much appreciated.  Kris Tart, especially, was amazing.  Kris was delightful and professional to work with.  She far exceeded my expectations in terms of service and attention to our event,  especially considering you had such a busy week.  And her talent as a chef and grace as an event leader as undeniable.  Kirstin, I was also impressed and pleased to have you guiding the event.  It was a pleasure to work with you.

 Please add an additional $100 to our bill for the staff who all worked to make our event special.  I am so grateful for everything The Sink did and I look forward to working with you again soon.

We feel you (and The Sink) did a wonderful job with our son's rehearsal dinner. We received many compliments on the food. Having the grills on site assured everything was fresh and hot. The presentation of the salads in the large bowls was a nice touch. All the tables and decorations were nice quality and set the perfect tone for the event

Once we agreed on a menu and schedule, you took over and made everything so enjoyable. Even a quick afternoon shower was dealt with. You and the servers were friendly and professional. To top it off, you managed to locate our son's favorite beer and have it brought as a surprise for him!

We used The Sink Gourmet to cater a law firm holiday party in our home and it was wonderful! The food was delicious and all of the details were taken care of so we could host and enjoy the event.
