Welcome to The Sink Restaurant and Bar - a Boulder Burger Institution. The Sink belongs to the millions of guests who have passed through the doors in our 89-year history. The Sink is a gathering place for students at the University of Colorado and Boulder residents. Returning guests stop at The Sink for a famous Sink burger, pizza, cold beverage and to reflect on their own Sink experiences.
The unique and timeless artwork that characterizes The Sink Restaurant and Bar was produced by each and every guest that walks through our door. The trademark Sink Angel has been watching over guests of The Sink and the Boulder community the past 89 years. We have been honored by visits from: President Obama, Guy Fieri, Madeleine Albright and former employee Robert Redford.
We feature 100% Wind Power and multiple other conservation measures in our business practices. All of our beef is either Certified Angus or Colorado grass-fed. We utilize Dew Farm for seasonal produce and seek out the best quality ingredients for our scratch-made menu.
