The Sink staff is a close-knit group of motivated individuals who take pride in their work, are eager to learn more and help share The Sink’s colorful story every day with our guests.

While working at Boulder’s oldest restaurant, you’ll feel the thrill of game days during CU football season, hear endless Sink Stories, and meet people who used to come in or work at The Sink from as far back as 1923!

We function as a team, support one another, and champion each other’s causes. We participate in team-building activities whenever possible, including brewery tours, bowling, laser tag, Avalanche and Nuggets games, and more! There’s never a dull moment at The Sink, and we are always looking to build our team to its fullest potential.
